week 2 Activity 2 dealing with stress

What I do when I am totally stress😣😥 out
is just kick back relax, and just try to let it flow and move forward.

    With your second activity, I thought your response was excellent. What are some of the ways you kick back and relax? How I kick back and relax is by lying on my couch and watching a movie on Netflix. :)

    It's great to see you've been completing some activities with the Summer Learning Journey. We are so happy that you've joined us and encourage you complete as many activities as you can before the programme wraps up on the 26th Jan (next Friday).

    For this activity, we'd love for you to include a few activities that you do to deal with stress. For me, I love listening to music. It's a great way to sooth my nerves or just keep me from panicking. This is especially helpful when I'm studying for an exam or writing an assignment at University. Do you find music helps or do you prefer silence when you are trying to relax?
